Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related parties
- Coordinate with local and overseas brands and suppliers
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad hoc projects
Requirements
- 0 - 2 years of assistant or other directly relevant experience
- Responsible, self-motivated and team player
- Detail-oriented and excellent time management with the ability to prioritize issues, support multiple tasks and be responsive
- Able to communicate well in both written and spoken in Cantonese, English & Mandari
- Good at computer operating and typing
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome
